Here we require contact information for the system administrator and billing contacts. The billing contact is the person who we should address the invoice to. The automated billing feature will send email reminders and the annual invoice to the email address defined here.

The Administrator is the person who will be responsible for approving members and overseeing the publication of Parshiot. This is the main point of contact for the system.
