Important Note: This form is ONLY for registering a new Synagogue for Torah Readers. If you are a member of a registered synagogue who wishes to join Torah Readers, ask your admin to send a registration email.

Free Trial:

You can request a free trial of Torah Readers by checking the box below. This will allow you to use the system for 30 days without charge. At the end of the trial period we will contact you to see if you wish to continue using the system.

Congratulations on becoming the latest Synagogue to signup for Torah Readers. The following wizard will take you through a couple of steps that will help define the account for your Temple. In addition we’ll ask a few questions that will help define how this system behaves for your members. All these options can be changed later through the admin interface included in the system. Here we require contact information for the system administrator and billing contacts. The billing contact is the person who we should address the invoice too. The automated billing feature will send email reminders and the annual invoice to the email address defined here.

The Administrator is the person who will be responsible for approving members and overseeing the publication of Parshiot. This is the main point fo contact for the system. This person will be the first to receive the login information for the system and will be responsible for creating additional users and admins.

The following settings are used to define the behavior of the system specifically for your Temple. These settings can be changed at any time after you login to Torah Readers.

Do You have a name for your Torah Reading Program - this appears on the site and on each email communication with your members? If not we will use the name of your temple plus "Readers"

Send Email Notifications when publishing a new Parasha? (All members on your mailing list will receive an email notification that there is a new Parasha available for signup)

USe the Mi Sheberach (Prayer for the Sick) List? (Checking this option will enable your members to signup names for the Mi Sheberach list. If unchecked, your members will not have access to this option.)

How many days prior to a reading to you want to send an email reminder to the members?

Do you want to schedule a second email reminder prior to the reading? (leave at zero if you don't wish a second reminder)
